Tea Parties and Coffee Mornings Galore at Herons Park
The residents of Herons Park Nursing Home, our nursing home in Kidderminster, found themselves absolutely spoiled recently. Firstly they enjoyed a Mad Hatters Tea Party. Wearing some very stylish homemade hats and with the room decorated to commemorate the occasion everybody had a fantastic time partying and devouring some delicious cakes.
Then just a couple of days later the lucky residents were treated to a coffee morning - the very best bone china even made an appearance! The kitchen staff in our gold standard nursing home in Worcestershire baked a collection of delectable cupcakes that were so tasty they’d satisfy even the most voracious of sweet tooths. The residents had to get their thinking caps on however as the team had also arranged to put their knowledge to the test with a quiz on classic TV shows and catchphrases. As expected they absolutely aced the quiz and requested a more challenging one next time!
